1. Booking & Payment
All bookings require a deposit or full payment as outlined on the trip page.
Spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal information during registration.
 
**2. All Sales Are Final
All payments made to Epic Escapes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This includes deposits, installment payments, and paid-in-full bookings.

Because we prepay hotels, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements in advance, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Illness
Travel delays
Personal schedule changes
Missed flights
Visa issues
Weather conditions
Personal emergencies
We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

 
3. Trip Changes & Itinerary Adjustments
Epic Escapes may adjust activities, accommodations, timelines, or transportation as needed due to safety, weather, supplier changes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Any changes will be made with guest safety and experience in mind.
These adjustments do not qualify for refunds or partial refunds.
 
4. Travelers’ Responsibilities
By booking, guests agree to:

Follow all local laws and cultural guidelines.
Respect group schedules and meeting times.
Notify Epic Escapes of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility concerns.
Maintain proper travel documents such as passports, visas, and vaccinations.
Purchase travel insurance (highly recommended).
Epic Escapes is not responsible for guests missing activities or transportation due to lateness.

 
5. Health, Safety & Liability
Travel involves risks, including but not limited to transportation issues, illness, injury, or unforeseen events.
By participating:

Guests assume full responsibility for their health and safety.
Epic Escapes is not liable for injuries, illnesses, lost items, or incidents outside our control.
Guests must follow safety instructions from Epic Escapes staff and local guides.
 
6. Conduct & Removal From Trip
Epic Escapes reserves the right to remove any traveler from a trip — without refund — if their behavior:

Puts themselves or others at risk
Disrupts the group experience
Violates local laws
Is disrespectful, abusive, or threatening
This is to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

 
7. Photography & Media Consent
Epic Escapes may take photos and videos during trips for promotional use.
By joining a trip, guests grant permission for their image to be used in marketing unless they request in writing not to be included.

 
8. Third-Party Providers
Some services are provided by third-party partners (hotels, transport, tours). Epic Escapes is not responsible for actions, errors, delays, or service issues caused by these providers.
